7.1 All Products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
8.1 By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
8.2 We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other electronic payment options as specified on the Website. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).
8.3 Payment must be received by us prior to the acceptance of an order. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
8.4 Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
9.1 We process orders within 6 days of receipt and typically deliver within 7-10 days after processing.
9.2 A shipping fee of ₹50 is applied to each order unless otherwise stated.
9.3 We use various shipping partners for delivery within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
9.4 Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
SEVERABILITY
15.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
WAIVER
16.1 Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
CHANGES TO TERMS
17.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
